LIGHTHOUSE FINANCIAL SERVICES OF ARIZONA is a national auto title lender. We are looking for a Part-Time Loan Processor who has great attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic to support our Tempe branch office. This position requires you to be able to work in a fast paced environment and be extremely reliable. We are also looking for a candidate with very good customer service skills who is willing to go the extra mile. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - APPROXIMATELY 30 HOURS PER WEEK. Position Summary: 
Obtains necessary information to process and complete loan files. Examines documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing underwriting guidelines. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision of the Branch Manager.
Principal Duties: 
• Responsible for appraisal of vehicles by determining condition and making damage deductions on loans written. • Provide client phone quotes. • Download photographs taken for loans. • Provide excellent customer service. • Complete collection and loan extension calls daily. • Prepare new loan packets. • Input loan agreements. • Prepare folders for Corporate Office. • Quote payoffs. • Prepare and fax vehicle release forms with manager's approval and signature. • Other duties as assigned.
Knowlege, Skills and Abilities Req'd: 
• Consumer loan processing experience. • Extensive knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language. • Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. • Must have sales experience. • Must be able to sit for long periods. • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
